Will this really help my skin look whiter?

I have "Bacne" (Back Acne). Will this help?

Is it safe for babies and sensitive skin?

How Often should I replace the AquaWel Shower Filter?
For Manila water conditions, we recommend changing the cartridge every 3 to 4 months. You will visibly see the filter turn brown as it traps dirt—visual proof that it’s keeping that dirt out of your shower.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within the Metro Manila, Philippines only. Shipping costs apply and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review the information carefully, as we are not responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect personal details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our customer service team immediately.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Delivery times depend on your location. Orders shipped within the Philippines typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the courier.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order status is “Unfulfilled,” please contact Customer Service immediately to request a cancellation. Once an order is marked “Fulfilled,” it can no longer be stopped or refunded, as the package is already being packed or is out for delivery.
Can I return my order?
Please refer to our Return Policy. We only accept returns for defective or unopened items. To be eligible, please contact our customer service at email@aquawel.co within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Requests or claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

How do I install it? Do I need a plumber?
- Unscrew your shower hose.
- Twist on the Aquawel unit.
- Screw the hose back on. It’s as easy as changing a lightbulb.
Make sure all connections are tightened securely to prevent leaks. Once installed, run the water for a few minutes before use.
Is this compatible with my heater model?
Yes. Aquawel is designed with a universal 1/2-inch connection, the global standard for water heaters. It fits 100% of Champs, Panasonic, Alpha, and Ariston heaters.
Will this reduce my shower pressure?
No. Unlike dense cotton filters that block water flow, Aquawel uses High-Flow Hydro-Mesh™ technology. It captures harmful rust and sediment while maintaining the strong pressure you love from your Champs heater.
